Add the ability to @ reference groups

We would love to see the ability to @ reference groups of people as opposed to only individual users. We often have multiple teams needing to work within a ticket and often end up having to @ reference all individual members of those teams. Ideally we could easily @ reference any of the assignment groups we've created within our project. thanks
