Ability to add multiple project leads

      Problem Definition

      Currently, users who have a project with more than 1 Leader can't add multiple project lead into Jira projects.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow project administrators to add multiple Project Leads into a Jira Project.

      Workaround

      At this time there's no workaround.
