Problem Definition
Currently, there’s no way to hide the KB categories from the portal even if the permissions allow only licensed users to view the articles.
Suggested Solution
Provide the ability to hide the KB Categories from the portal view when the Knowledgebase is used only by licensed users.
Also include the possibility to hide knowledgebase categories if the category is either empty or the user has no permissions to view articles in that category.
