Clarify Shared With in Customer Portal

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      In the customer portal view of requests, there is a single field for "Shared With" that includes both Request Participants AND Organizations. This has been confusing to our customers. In the agent issue view, these are separated out. The suggestion is to separate out "Organizations" and "Request Participants" in the customer view.
