Suggested articles are shown based on what the user types in the summary.

This suggestion is to include the ability to select some suggestions articles based on request type.

We can see this feature in this demo at 00:48 seconds when even before the user start typing the summary we can see a suggested article.

Currently the only way to implement this solution is through this kb, I see this as a workaround but we would expect to have this built-in in the tool.
