    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

When searching on the customer portal, request types show up and can be selected. While this is a great feature, sometimes it can result in customers using the wrong request type.

It would be nice if the ability existed to exclude request types based on certain keywords. For example, if this feature existed, the request types page could have another link like Edit fields or Edit groups called something like Edit keywords and then words in the blocklist could prevent the request type from showing in results where those strings are used. Conversely, this could also be used to prioritize results as well where an allowlist ensures that the request type will be shown in results where strings are matched from the allowlist.
