Problem Definition
Currently, when searching in the customer portal, the maximum displayed results that can be shown at a time is 5 for request types, or 6 of combination of articles and request types. If more than that amount of resources/forms match the search query, only the top results will be returned. This limits the visiblity to what all is related to a user's query.
Proposed Solution
Increase the number of results that can be displayed in the portal search functionality and/or improve UI elements to better direct users to the full search results page (mentioned below).
Workaround
Currently, users can submit the search query in order to be taken to the full search results page, where all relevant results will be displayed in a list. This submission is by either Ctrl + Return or just Return, depending on whether or not Virtual Service Agent on the portal is enabled.
