We need a way to connect a custom email to Jira Service Desk outgoing messages so that email notifications are actually being sent from that custom email account and not just spoofing the account. It should connect and authenticate similarly to how the custom email connects for incoming requests. This would take care of many problems that currently exist with emails going to spam, etc.
