Multi-line text custom fields are added to the "Description fields" on request types by default

    • 2
    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Problem

When a new Multi-line text custom field is created and added to the create issue screen of a project, all request types that use that issue type will show the new field under the "Description fields", even if there are no values.

      Suggested resolution

Make those fields go to the hidden when empty section by default, as it is for other custom field types.

      Workaround

The admin can go to each of the request types to drag it and drop it to the hidden when empty section.
