Show request details by default in customer portal view

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      It seems that requests in the service desk portal view are hidden by default, and the user has to click "Show details" to see the request description. 

      At the very least, admin should have the ability to make issue details shown by default.
