      Issue Summary

      Comments are not loaded on new issue view. Issue is intermittent.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a public comment
      2. Load the issue on new issue view

      Expected Results

      All comments are loaded for Jira users on new issue view

      Actual Results

      Comments are not listed on new issue view

      Workaround

      Open the issues on old issue view
