Resolution: Won't Fix
It would be nice to be able to see more information about each customer on the Customers page of a Jira Service Desk project.
For example, a green check mark next to the customer's name indicating that they have completed their registration and possibly a last login activity column (or show this information on the user's card when hovering over them on the Customers page).
Other suggestions include the addition of phone numbers and contact details when adding customers as well. See duplicate tickets below for more information
