Problem

When creating a new article on Confluence, the page will be created using the new editor, but while looking at the same article in the knowledge base portal, it will look like the old editor.

Why is it important?

The pages look different from Confluence and the portal.

Enable the Confluence new editor view on knowledge base articles.
