      Satisfaction Date duplicated in history

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the notification with the feedback survey.
      2. Click on the rating. At this time, the CSAT rating will be posted on the ticket
      3. Keep the feedback window open for a few minutes
      4. Finally, add the comment. This will cause the satisfaction date to be updated to the comment timestamp, resulting in two entries on the issue history.

      Expected Results

      • There should be only one satisfaction date entry in the resolved ticket.

      Actual Results

      • There are multiple satisfaction date entries in the resolved ticket.
      • If the Feedback page is kept open and the customer refreshes the page, each refresh will cause a new update on the ticket.

      Workaround

      • Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
