Issue Summary
Satisfaction Date duplicated in history
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the notification with the feedback survey.
- Click on the rating. At this time, the CSAT rating will be posted on the ticket
- Keep the feedback window open for a few minutes
- Finally, add the comment. This will cause the satisfaction date to be updated to the comment timestamp, resulting in two entries on the issue history.
Expected Results
- There should be only one satisfaction date entry in the resolved ticket.
Actual Results
- There are multiple satisfaction date entries in the resolved ticket.
- If the Feedback page is kept open and the customer refreshes the page, each refresh will cause a new update on the ticket.
Workaround
- Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
