Issue Summary
When attempting to attach a wmv video via the customer portal, nothing happens.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to customer portal
- attempt to attach a wmv file
Expected Results
wmv file is added to issue
Actual Results
wmv file is being ignored and not added
The below exception is thrown in the browser console (for Chromium-based browsers):
Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found.
Error message is slightly different for Webkit/Safari.
Workaround
If possible, convert file to mp4 and attach.
