Problem Definition
Customers are not able to specify other customer ID (the customer email address) besides the contacts address in the widget by having a custom filed.

Suggested Solution
Add the ability to configure the Request_Participant field in the Widget.

Why this is important
When raising requests via widgets, customers need to involve their team so the ability to add request participants in the widget would definitely help.
