Problem
We often want to report on different support groups and to avoid clutter, create separate reports for this. Now we have to manually create the same reports with one field being different over and over.
Why is it important?
It is important because some of the reports must be duplicated for different results and it must be recreated manually instead of only copying it.
Suggested resolution
Ability to clone/copy a custom report within the project and across different projects as well
