      Problem Definition

      Currently, lot of text displayed in the portal are static and cannot be changed according to the customer needs. For example:

      Suggested Solution

      There should be an option to change/translate/delete the text displayed in the portal.

      Why is it important?

      It is very important that we can rename all text displayed for the customer ensuring we create the customer journey and not the journey defined by Jira.
