Admin should be able to change the look and feel factor for the portal

Suggested Solution

There should be an option to change/translate/delete the text displayed in the portal.

Why is it important?

It is very important that we can rename all text displayed for the customer ensuring we create the customer journey and not the journey defined by Jira.
