Description
Issue Summary
Some customers are reporting that the Approvals page won't load requests.
Steps to Reproduce
The steps to reproduce this behavior are still unknown.
- Enter the customer portal;
- Click on Requests;
- Select Approvals
Expected Results
The list of requests pending approval will appear.
Actual Results
The page keeps loading and eventually a message saying "No approvals were found" appear.
Workaround
None at this moment.
