Approval doesn't display for issues imported by CSV

      Issue Summary

      Importing issues using the CSV option of the External System Import to a status that requires approval makes the approval setting not be displayed at the issue view.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have a approval setting on your workflow
      2. Import an issue with CSV file to a status that requires approval
      3. Access the ticket

      Expected Results

      You're able to approve or deny the request.

      Actual Results

      The option to approve or deny isn't displayed even if the field of the approval setting has a value.

      Workaround

      After importing the issue, modify the value of the field that defines the approvers or:

      1. Create a new status
      2. Move issues missing approval to new status using bulk operation
      3. Move issues back to (initial) status requiring approval using bulk operation

      Doing so will make the approval's options display at the issue view.
