Attachments are not accessible in new issue view when cloning a ticket

      Summary

      The attachments are getting lost in the new issue view when a ticket with an attachment which is added while creating the issue is cloned to a new issue. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Raise a ticket from the portal with an attachment.
      • The original ticket will have the attachment in the new issue view.
      • Clone the ticket.
      • Check the cloned ticket in new and old issue views.

      Expected Results

      The attachment is displayed the same as the original issue.

      Actual Results

      The attachment is not visible in the new issue view.

      Workaround

      Switch to the old issue view for accessing the attachment.
