Issue Summary

The following system custom fields could have been deleted by Jira:

• Approvers
• Impact
• Change risk
• Change type

Deletion of fields and corresponding values could have happened starting from April, 7. It affects a small amount of customers.

Please contact support with a reference to this bug if you this you are affected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check Jira Audit log and see if there are records showing that custom field was removed by "Jira"
   

Expected Results

Custom field shouldn't be removed

Actual Results

Custom field is removed

Workaround

We are currently recovering all values that were incorrectly removed.
