Problem Definition
Currently, when a field removed from the request form, automatically all existing issue that have a value in the field will be removed from the view issue screen in Customer Portal
Suggested Solution
Leave the field for exisiting issue. Only remove the field from the "Request Form".
Why this is important
The reporter will not lost the information from their existing issue.

No workaround
