Issue Summary
By default, the Request type "Email request" is not visible on the customer portal when it comes to a next-gen project and it's not possible to change that as we can on classic projects.
As per the description:
Email requests are created when customers email your service desk. This request type can't be created in your customer portal.
With that said, it shouldn't be possible to create this type of request through the widget.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable Widget on a next-gen project.
- Copy the widget code and add it to a page.
Expected Results
It should show all request types but the Email request.
Actual Results
It shows the Email requests
Also, it's not possible to change that description.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
