On comments with multiple attachments, if one file is deleted other attachments will fail to load

      On comments with multiple attachments, if one file is deleted other attachments will fail to load.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a comment with 2 attachments on new issue view
      2. From the old issue view, delete one of the files

      Expected Results

      The existing attachment loads

      Actual Results

      The attachments will fail to load

      Workaround

      • View the issue on old issue view
      • Download the attachment and add to the issue
