Summary
Currently, we can only manage JSD notifications that trigger an email according to our notification schemes. In these settings, we are able to change when and who will receive the email notification when an issue gets commented by the customer or transitioned, for example.
Suggestion
Provide a way to also allow the notification schemes (or feature apart) to manage the in-app notifications, in a manner that we can disable the email and let the notification only in the little bell at the sidebar, for example - or even let both notifications.
