Remove the View profile button for portal-only customers in the new issue view/customer's list

      Problem Definition

      When hovering the mouse over a reporter that is a portal-only customer, the "View profile" button is shown. Clicking this button opens a page showing the error:

      "Looks like we’re off the beaten track. We landed here for a user that does not exist. Head back to the directory to search for another user."

      In the old issue view, the "view profile" button is not shown for portal-only customers.

      It also happens in the customer's list.

      Suggested Solution

      When the user is a portal-only customer, hide the "View profile" button.

      Workaround

      Use the old issue view.

      Thanks for your interest here. We are, unfortunately, not able to focus on this issue at this time given competing priorities. That said, we will revisit this in our next prioritisation exercise and flag this with the relevant teams so we do circle back on this later.
