Summary
Currently, when an agent raises a request on behalf of a customer, it doesn't show the agent's name and incorrectly shows the customer as the Creator.
Suggested Resolution
It would be nice if the actual creator was shown as the Creator somewhere in the portal view of the issue and show the customer as the Reporter instead of the Creator.
May be related to "Creator" field should be Orderable.
Workaround
There is no workaround.
