Description
Summary
Currently we have the ability to access/comment requests with other users within the same organization. This is set under Project settings > Customer permissions:
Who can customers share requests with?
Other customers in their organization. This option only allows them to search for customers in their organization.
The suggestion is to have the ability to share requests/issues with other users in their organization with 'Read Only' access
Desired Results
- on Jira Service Desk
- Have a customer create a request
- When set - some customers in the organization will have the ability to access/edit/comment, whilst others will only be able to 'Read only'
- Customer's in same organization with Read only permission will only be able to view the requests, not comment
