Issue Summary

In the collapsed sidebar you can display the menu by hovering in the sidebar area. However, when you click on Channels a pop-up opens. When you leave the sidebar area to go click on the pop-up the sidebar collapses again and the pop-up closes before you can click on it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter a Service Desk project;
2. Collapse the sidebar;
3. Hover the sidebar to open it;
4. Click on Channels;
5. Try to click on the options in the pop-up.

Expected Results

The sidebar doesn't collapse when you move the cursor to the Channels pop-up.

Actual Results

The sidebar collapses again and the pop-up closes before you can click on it.

Workaround

Use the expanded sidebar.
