Issue Summary
The current Jira share option is not very clear with regards to handling share use cases with customers.
Steps to Reproduce
- On a Jira service desk issue, use the share option in the agent view
- Share the issue with a customer.
Expected Results
The share option should be clear that it should be used for sharing with other users that has product access. Request participant should be used for sharing the ticket with customers.
Actual Results
1. It is not clear that the share option should not be used for customer use cases.
2. There is a misleading message : People without access will be sent an invitation to join
- This currently will not send any invitations.
Workaround
Use Request Participant to share service desk tickets with customers.
