Description
Currently, in Jira Service Desk (and other Jira products), there is a Share button to share an issue with other licensed users or invite them.
While this is fine for Jira Software Jira Core projects, it can cause confusion for Jira Service Desk projects as users may think this is the appropriate way to share an issue with a customer.
It would be nice if there was something in the modal for Jira Service Desk projects thayt clarified that this isn't for customers and let users know to add customers as Request participants.
