Allow customisation/branding of Help Center/Service Desk Portals page.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      At the moment customisation/branding is only available on individual Service Desks. It would be nice to have available the same features for the Service Desk Portals page.
      The page I'm referring to is: https://mydomain.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

            It may help you customize the Service Desk Landingpage/portalspage, such that you can add different information/html/macros, and even a categorized view of portals. Check it out

            It may help on the problem you describe. I'm open to implement features you need, e.g. like i18n macro constants!
