The JSD Customer Portal "Request Create" page allows fields on the page to be pre-populated when the page is loaded via field_id=field_value URL parameters. Working out the correct field id to use, and the allowed values, is not very intuitive. In fact right now the only way to do this is to analyze REST calls made by the page on load, and extrapolate the field ids from there.

If there was a button on the Request Create page that generated a URL based on the fields present on the page, and the values currently entered in them, this would make the URL param pre-population feature much more usable.

Here's an example of how this could look:

When the user clicks the "Generate URL" button, a link is copied to their clipboard. This link opens the same Request Create page, with the values entered already pre-populated.
