Issue Summary
When replying to a customer with a video attached, the link to the video fails to render
Steps to Reproduce
- In any service desk ticket attach a video
- Reply to customer
- Check the email notification received on customer end.
Expected Results
A link to the video is rendered in the email notification
Actual Results
An error is retunered
Unable to embed resource: bandicam 2020-02-12 10-49-58-286 (0fad8c36-279f-43f0-8499-c805bdf72338).mp4 of type video/mp4
Workaround
Use the old issue view when attaching images.
