Issue Summary
There's a certain organization not allowing the users to upgrade their Chrome version. However, with the old version , the portal should still work. However, there's a case portal are not loading due to the error below :-
"Access to Script at 'https://jsd-portal-frontend.us-east-1.prod.public.atl-paas.net/assets/5.chunk.36174ccafbe8ff05bc46.js' from origin 'https://crefius.atlassian.net' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://xxx.atlassian.net' is therefore not allowed access." errors.
By right, To fix it , clearing the cache by :-
1. Push F12 or Ctrl+Shift+J to "Open Developer Tools" on Windows (On Mac: Cmd+Opt+I)
2. Then you can right click on the refresh icon and select 'Empty Cache and Hard Reload'
But there's case , the problem still persists after clearing the cache.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a new tab, paste in the resource url, `https://jsd-portal-frontend.us-east-1.prod.public.atl-paas.net/assets/5.chunk.36174ccafbe8ff05bc46.js` in this case. Then Enter.
- Go back to the customer portal, refresh the page. Then you will see the error.
- Then , clear the browser cache.
Expected Results
Customer Portal should be loaded.
Actual Results
Customer Portal not loaded.
Workaround
Upgrade the Chrome version.
