Issue Summary
Setting the language for a Jira Service Desk project to Spanish results in malformed translations.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set a project's language to Spanish
- Check Customer notifications
Expected Results
The translations should have the correct characters.
Actual Results
The translations do not have the correct characters.
For example:
${event.user.name} te ha a�adido como participante.
Workaround
Manually update the notifications in the Customer notifications section of the project by clicking on Edit and then clicking Save after updating the notification.
