Summary
Currently, it is only possible to have a single "Multi-line"/"Paragraph field in the "Customer request form" section in Request types configuration on Next-gen projects. Because the "Description" field already exists, it isn't possible to add any other "Paragraph" field.

Next gen service desk projects
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a next gen service desk project > Project settings
- Select "Request types"
- Click on one of the request types.
- Drag the "Paragraph" field type from the "Create a field" option to the Customer request form" section.
Expected Results
Should be able to create/add other Paragraph fields in the request type form other than the "Description" field.
Actual Results
Not possible to add "Paragraph" field to Customer request form" section. The only option highlighted it the "Description fields" that is only available internally:
