      Issue Summary

Updating the Request Type custom field using a post function by inputting the request type name or request type ID will cause the request type to display "No match".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add an "Update Issue Custom Field" post function to the workflow.
      2. Select the custom field "Request Type".
      3. Enter either the request type name or ID as the Custom Field Value.
      4. Publish the workflow.
      5. Move the issue through the transition containing the post function.

      Expected Results

The Request Type custom field should update to the Request Type that matches the name or ID entered in the post function.

      Actual Results

The Request Type shows "No match" in the old issue view or empty in the new issue view.

      Workaround

Update the request type using automation rules.
