Description
Summary
When Atlassian account Jira Service Desk customers access the link to a Jira Issue that they have access (https://site.atlassian.net/browse/KEY-1), they are not being correctly redirected to the respective portal link of the request (https://site.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/KEY-1).
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Atlassian Account Jira Service Desk customer (Atlassian account without any application access)
- Logged in as the customer, create a ticket in a Jira Service Desk project.
- Copy the issue URL and paste in a comment on the ticket. (This should render the "Agent URL" of the ticket)
- Click on the issue link
Expected Results
The page reloads and you'll be redirected to the same ticket.
Actual Results
You'll be redirected to the Help Center (https://site.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals)
Notes
This doesn't affect portal only accounts.
Workaround
- Access the ticket via "Requests" in the top-right corner of the screen.
