Problem Definition
Currently with Next-Gen Service desk templates enabled there is no option to reorder the request types
Suggested Solution
Add option to drag and drop request type oder for feature parity of Classic Service desk Project to be able to reorder the request types by "drag and drop" to arrange them into the preferred positions.
Workaround
Delete all request types and re-add them in the order you want them to appear in the portal
