Hi
I have been trialling JIRA Service Desk and it currently isn't possible to extract a report of customer tickets that will show external comments only. When you export a CSV file with the current fields this will export all comments with no distinction between an external and internal comment.
Could Jira Service Desk have a reporting feature that will allow us to export just external comments and/or internal?
The reason I'm requesting this is that we currently send a customer pack which will include all customer-facing comments that have been added to our customer's tickets. As we can't export a report that only includes only external comments this is preventing us from from moving from CRM to Jira Service Desk.
