Problem Definition
Currently, knowledge base category are not part of the language support configuration. Due to that , when customer using other language , the knowledge base category still displaying in the preset wording.
Suggested Solution
Add knowledge base category in language support configuration.
Why this is important
When customer using other language, all other fields ( request type group , request type and etc) are following the language configured, but the knowledge base category still remains the same.
