Vendor queues not loading on direct page load

Issue Summary

Currently when users go back to third party plugin queue from JIRA Issue , the page will not load.

Steps to Reproduce

1. View "Vendor queues" page under project A so that it's remembered as the last viewed page.
2. Go to Issue Navigator and view a request coming from project A.
3. Click on the project link (displayed next to issue key in the new issue view).

Expected Results

It will redirected to the queue and successfully load it.

Actual Results

We're being redirected to project A but the page doesn't load

Workaround

The workaround is to navigate to the add-on queue via the sidebar navigation, or removing the /jira/servicedesk prefix
