Changing request type should select appropriate issue type

      Currently, the only way to change the issue type of a service desk ticket is to move it to another issue type in the same project. Which renders the request type to NO MATCH.

      It would be handy to be able to choose any request type and the corresponding issue type should automatically be changed. If the new request type is using a different workflow, then move dialogue should be initiated automatically with some explanation for the user.
