Description
Summary
CSV import (Issue navigator and External System Import) does not add request participants when using email addresses. The ticket is created but no request participants are added.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to the issue navigator or external system import features;
- Try to import the tickets using the request participant email address.
summary request participant Test issue testuser@test.com
Expected results
Tickets are imported using the email address and parsing to their accounts.
Actual result
Jira creates the ticket, no errors are shown and the ticket does not have request participants.
Workaround
Create a ticket with support at here asking for the CSV with email address and accountIDs
