Description
Issue Summary
When filtering tickets, if we add resolution = Unresolved or resolution is EMPTY it won’t show unresolved tickets from next-gen SD projects.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create tickets on next-gen project templates.
- Go to Issues and Filters > Search issues.
- If the ticket is assigned to you, use My Open Issues.
- If you are not the assignee, first check the “All issues” and then filter unresolved tickets.
Expected Results
It will show all the unresolved tickets assigned to you or all unresolved ones.
Actual Results
It shows unresolved tickets from all projects, except next-gen Service Desk.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
