Issue Summary

For Internet Explorer 11 (IE11), the configuration page of Customer notifications is too long in a horizontal way.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Customer notifications config page https://EXAMPLE.atlassian.net/servicedesk/admin/EXAMPLE/customer-notifications

Expected Results

The page is available for IE11 users.

Actual Results

The page is too wide and you cannot browse the page at a glance.
There's no console error in the browser. So most likely, some CSS work unexpectedly with IE11.

Workaround

Consider adding yourself as a watcher to be kept informed as to the state of the bug moving forward. With that way, if our development team updates the ticket, you'll be notified via email.

Until then, please use Chrome if applicable.
