Description
Currently, when approval is set up and a pre-filled hidden approver custom field is used, as the issue reaches the approval status, both the approver field and approver user name is shown on the customer portal. In some cases, customers may not be required to know the approver's name. See Set up a pre-set list of approvers.
The suggestion is to provide the ability to actually hide the approver field and approver's name from the customer portal.
