Issue Summary

Previously queues could be Ctrl + clicked on to be opened in a new tab. Recently this functionality has been broken

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a list of queues in the sidebar e.g. <instance>.com/jira/servicedesk/projects/ABC/queues/custom/1
2. Hold down CTRL key (or Cmd key if you are on a Mac) and click on a queue in the grey sidebar.

Expected Results

The queue should open in a new tab.

Actual Results

The queue opens in the same window.

Workaround

Right click on a queue, and choose the "open in a new tab" option.
